Stop Being Misled And Feeling Lost

Vision Protocol

Vision Protocol

Are you tired of feeling lost in life?

If you feel like you have been set out in the wild of the modern world without a mission or direction to head towards, you most likely never found out what your purpose is.

And that is a real problem not only you are facing, but it seems that all living generations have lost that power.

The power of a clear vision for themselves - a purpose guiding them to a goal greater than they would have thought of.

If you don't know what port you sail to, no wind is favorable - Seneca

The human mind is a bottomless pit, providing endless mental space to explore. We could choose to go in a hundred different directions at any moment. That is why, without purpose, you may find yourself drifting aimlessly, unsure of what to pursue, and quickly back on your phone swiping through Instagram or TikTok.

Embrace purpose as your guiding light.

Purpose is not just a concept; it's your internal compass. It's the one thing that keeps you on track when doubt, distractions, or any other source of headwind hits you in the face. It's your power, your control over your life.

The false Norm

This power lives in all of us, but we never get taught how to tap into it.

That is because the system we all live in does not prioritize and teach the essence of life, and doing so would damage the machinery we are part of.

There's a societal script we're all expected to follow.

You’re supposed to go to a job you hate, for a boss you can't stand, and with coworkers you'd rather avoid. Then you come home, stare at a screen, eat cheap and convenient food, stay up late because you dread going back to work, and never think about changing your life because you have rent to pay, a dog to walk, children to have, and other goals that society assigned to you to achieve… because what else is there?

The Average Life Isn't Life, It's A Slow Death - Dan Koe

That is why most people take the bare minimum approach to life: They wander around dopamine-depleted, aimlessly, without a mission.

In short - they are lost.

Quick money, quick sex, quick pleasure, no commitment, no depth, no failure.

The art of long-term thinking is gone.

At that point, all they try to do is to make their lives easier, without knowing that they make it harder for them in the future this way.

And added our parents and their parents cannot teach it either because they never went for it themselves. They most likely only did what they were told to do and never pursued their own purpose rather than that of someone else.

Therefore, they don't have the expertise to teach you, leaving you in uncharted territory.

Your Uniqueness

Each human individual is radically unique.

And that is a good thing.

You are a unique individual, unlike anyone else on this planet Earth.

And this uniqueness is inscribed in us in three different ways.

  1. the one-of-a-kind configuration of our DNA

  2. the particular way our brains are wired

  3. and our experiences as we go through life, experiences that are unlike any others.

This uniqueness can be considered the „seed“ planted at birth with potential growth.

And this (your) uniqueness has a purpose.

This kind of thinking is also deeply embedded in existentialism, where every individual is free to make their own choices.

Creating the life they have envisioned through their uniqueness.

Striving to connect to and cultivate this uniqueness provides us with a path to follow - an internal guiding system acting as our compass.

People like Elon Musk are an excellent example of individuals who stay connected to their uniqueness. They unleash powers no one else seems to possess because they stay true to their uniqueness and, therefore, to their purpose.

But you need to be committed to this journey. Otherwise, you will fail and spin down the drain, returning to where you started.

You will face obstacles once you commit to developing or strengthening your sense of purpose.

It's the reason so many quit going after their dreams.

These obstacles can be the following:

  • distracting voices of others who instill doubts

  • boredom

  • frustration

  • criticism

  • anxiety

  • burnout

But remember, these are just stepping stones to your growth.

They are not meant to stop you but prepare you for your next quest in the game of life.

Every time you face them, you gain experience - making you wiser, stronger, faster, better.

The storm you face is not a sign of weakness but a test of your resilience. Push through it.

The Purpose Framework - 2 Steps to create the Outline of your Calling

To find your purpose, you can not count on external factors.

This is something that lies inside of you, buried beneath the opinions & ideas of others.

You need to dig deep to find your uniqueness.

As with everything, we begin at the start.

Your Childhood

The signs of your uniqueness (purpose) are clearer in your early childhood.

We are naturally drawn to particular subjects or activities called primal inclinations.

They speak to us like a voice.

The things you can't get away from. That pulls you magically towards them.

For me, it always involved some kind of building, for example, with Legos. First, I built the thing that was intended to be built with the help of the instructions, and later, I destroyed what I had been building and created my own unique masterpieces.

But as we get older, that voice becomes drowned out by parents, peers, teachers, and the culture at large who are going to program their goals onto us.

The same happened to me, and there were times when I only "built" what I was told to do without recognizing it.

To tap back into the guidance system, I had to strengthen my connection to my uniqueness and learn to trust that voice again.

After I regained control, I played around with various concepts and ideas and created my own systems—just like playing with Legos.

That is why your first step should be to look for signs of primal inclinations in your earliest years when they are often the clearest.

  1. write down everything you loved to do as a kid (playing football, writing, dancing, etc.)

  2. what of those things are you still doing and enjoying today?

  3. What goals are you currently going after that are not your own goals?

You are looking for moments in which you were unusually fascinated by a particular subject, certain objects, or specific activities and forms of play.

These occurred suddenly and without any influence from friends or parents. They are signs of something beyond our control.

The form of intelligence you are wired for

Related to this, you will want to determine the particular form of intelligence your brain is wired for.

Intelligence is not a single ability but a range of different intellectual capacities.

The Multiple Intelligence Theory identifies several forms of intelligence.

  1. Reflect on each of these and see which ones resonate with you.

  • Words and Language: Strength in languages, reading, writing, and verbal communication. You may love writing, storytelling, or learning new languages.

  • Logical-Mathematical Intelligence: Strength in reasoning, problem-solving, and working with numbers. You might enjoy solving puzzles, analyzing data, or solving complex problems.

  • Musical Intelligence: A solid connection to rhythm, sound, and music. You may be able to easily recognize and reproduce melodies or have a passion for creating music.

  • Physical activity: Physical coordination and the ability to use your body skillfully. This includes athletes, dancers, or people who are good at working with their hands.

  • Spatial Intelligence: Strength in visualizing and manipulating objects in space. You might excel in architecture, engineering, or art and enjoy tasks involving visual creativity.

  • Interpersonal Intelligence: The ability to understand and relate to others. People with high interpersonal intelligence are often empathetic, good communicators, and can navigate social situations effectively.

  • Intrapersonal Intelligence: A deep understanding of yourself, your emotions, and your motivations. This is often linked with self-awareness, reflective thinking, and personal growth.

  • Naturalistic Intelligence: A connection to nature, animals, and the environment. This may be your strength if you enjoy the outdoors, working with plants or animals, or understanding natural systems.

  1. Pay Attention to Your Learning Style

Your preferred way of learning can offer clues about your dominant intelligence:

  • Do you learn best through visual aids (spatial intelligence), written words (words & Language), or hands-on experiences (physical activities)?

  • If you prefer working with others in groups, interpersonal intelligence might be a strength, while if you enjoy solo reflection, you might lean toward intrapersonal intelligence.

Engaging in an activity that feels right corresponds to the form of intelligence for which your brain is most suited.

  1. Analyze Your Problem-Solving Approach

Consider how you solve problems or approach new challenges. For example:

  • Do you prefer a systematic, logical approach? This suggests logical-mathematical intelligence.

  • Do you use creative or visual strategies to brainstorm ideas? This suggests spatial intelligence.

  • Do you rely on understanding others’ perspectives? This suggests interpersonal intelligence.

Look for recurring patterns in areas where you’ve succeeded in the past, whether in school, work, or hobbies. Your successes often reflect the types of intelligence you use most naturally.

With the Purpose Framework, you will not only find out more about yourself than you would expect, but this is also the first step to reconnecting with the real you.

Cut yourself loose from the things that keep you going in circles.

You are one step further away from a false norm and one step closer to future-focused thinking that will have a lasting impact.

As explained through Existentialism, we have the power to create our future through dedication and perseverance.

This framework helped me when I was repeating the same three days over and over for months or when I got distracted by the noises that infiltrated my mind day by day.

You can instantly gain clarity from it because you remind yourself of who you really are.

So, what are you willing to leave on the table?

I guess everything. If you still think

  1. the goals of others have to be the same as yours

  2. you will live a meaningful life without knowing and pursuing your unique purpose

PS: While it is great to have such a framework to come back to at any time, I discovered that the power of a community with the same goals and journey ahead is key to providing a long-lasting effect. That is why I want to invite you to my free community, which you can join here.

Hello there, I'm Chris.

I grew up in a small town near Hamburg/ Germany, living the kind of life most kids would have loved—playing football with friends, traveling with family, and spending afternoons gaming. But when I hit 14, something changed.

I was tired of being average.

I wasn’t the best at anything. I was skinny-fat, lacking confidence, and I had no idea where I fit in. That’s when I started my journey.

I hit the gym with one goal: to become stronger. Not just physically, but mentally. It wasn’t easy. In fact, it sucked—especially when my friends were outpacing me in strength, and people said I’d never get the body I wanted.

But I refused to give up.The gym taught me something that nothing else did: discipline. But still, after years of grinding, I felt like I was missing something.

My body grew, but my mind was stuck. I was drifting. Then, I read 'Can’t Hurt Me' by David Goggins—and everything changed. I realized that my limits were in my head. I had been holding myself back, waiting for success to come to me instead of going out and taking it. That was the wake-up call I needed.

I started cutting out the distractions—no more wasting time with video games or getting caught up in unhealthy habits. It was time to build the life I had been dreaming of.

Fast forward to now:

I’m a husband, a father, and a man with a mission - maximizing my potential to the human limit.

After launching my first business, I realized that the road to success isn’t a straight line. It’s full of obstacles, failures, and lessons that make you tougher than you were yesterday.

Today, my mission is to help you avoid the mistakes I made, push past your limits, and create the life you know you’re capable of living. Whether it’s in the gym, your mindset, or your purpose—I’m here to help you break out of the average and become exceptional.

Because if you’re anything like I was, you’re done settling for less than your full potential.

The time to take action is now.
